The Grillo Team | Mark W. Grillo | As president of Grillo Commercial Real Estate, a firm that focuses only on tenant representation, Mark W. Grillo acts as a tenant advocate. He specializes in strategic solutions that align his clients’ real estate needs with their business strategies; thus creating a comprehensive service that meets the highest possible level of scrutiny.
Mark’s expertise ranges from addressing the real estate needs of small businesses with single locations, to large corporations whose real estate needs require entire portfolio management. His experience includes site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations, build to suit, and building purchases.
Grillo Commercial Real Estate was founded on the belief that everyone deserves unbiased and honest representation when leasing or purchasing commercial real estate. This Denver based firm is devoted to serving tenants exclusively. In dealing with only one side of the negotiation table, clients are better served. Many brokerage firms represent both landlords and tenants. Grillo Commercial Real Estate believes there is no way representation can be conflict free if one firm is representing both sides of the deal.
Because Mark keeps himself engrained in the community, he is often aware of new space availabilities before the listings become active. This gives his clients an edge in finding the proper space. Mark also works with the extended network both locally and nationally to ensure that his clients are receiving the highest level of service wherever their requirement may be. |

| Chris Lindgren | Chris Lindgren joined Grillo Commercial after nine years in the Metro Denver Commercial and Residential Title Insurance industry. Chris brings a wealth of diverse and interesting business experience to Grillo Commercial Real Estate. Chris was awarded the RTD FasTracks Light Rail contract over 27 other bidders during his time with Fidelity National Title. “It has been very exciting to see the development of light rail along the front-range of Colorado, but for me, the true excitement is to witness all the great development light rail has inspired along the lines.”
Chris’ resume reveals rich hospitality industry experience, with a wealth of diverse roles ranging from GM of a major entertainment complex, to concert and event promoter, to tour manager for a prominent comedian. Make no mistake, one common thread has run through his life since he was a child: Commercial Real Estate. “When I needed cash as a kid, my need was usually met with ‘Go paint the trim on the office building.” While running the entertainment complex, he also managed historic commercial Real Estate holdings and residential investment properties. “I have fond memories of my days in the hospitality biz, but they’re behind me. I’m honored to have the Employer of The Year Awards, and a Key To The City I was awarded back then, but my passion now is commercial real estate.”
“When the opportunity presented itself to work with Mark Grillo of Grillo Commercial Real Estate, I jumped on it. We represent office, retail, and industrial tenants and never represent landlords so our clients know we always have their best interest in mind.”
Away from work Chris’ primary devotions are family and entertaining. “For me a great day is coaching our son’s little league team and then moving the action and excitement to the patio of our Wash Park home.” Contact Chris today. His passion is meeting new people, networking events, and keeping his finger on the pulse of the amazing Metro Denver business communities. |

| | | "Mark Grillo has been the exclusive real estate broker for us since 2008. Prior to bringing Mellow Mushroom to Colorado, Mark worked tirelessly for us and has proven himself over time to be a great asset. When searching for a property or negotiating a lease, Mark has always had our best interests as his #1 priority. I would, without hesitation, gladly recommend him to any business owner looking for a commercial space."

| Mark Grillo relentlessly scoured the metro area to locate the perfect spot for a boutique law firm comprised of opinionated stakeholders with divergent styles, tastes, and commute desires. But Mark's true value to our firm's bottom line was most apparent during the lease negotiation phase. The two leases he has worked out for us over the last five years struck the perfect balance of what we needed and/or wanted with the demands of the landlord. I wholeheartedly endorse Mark Grillo to any business searching for commercial real-estate in Colorado. | Richard Hood | |
