We're Conflict Free: | Even if the broker (that relies on 80 to 90 percent of their business from landlords) is representing the Tenant in a transaction that doesn't include a landlord they currently represent, at some point, they want that landlord's business more than they want to fight to get the "best deal" for the Tenant that they are supposedly representing. |
